With Glutex, Shin Dorn provides an on-line consulting system for the products that clients choose to register. Each registered product has a tracking code printed on the package. Whenever an end user has questions regarding this product, such as “when is the manufacturing date of this glue?”“how to wash off the repair glue?” “what is the repair patch made of?” “Is the repair glue safe to the environment?” “Does the anti-slip sticker contain lead that would harm my kids?”, s/he can get on Glutex on-line consulting system to get all the answers.
